Vue publique et lisible d'un lot : son origine, son parcours, ses certifications, et les preuves rattachées. Le passeport ne crée aucune donnée — il rend consultable ce qui a déjà été signé. Trois déclinaisons coexistent : le passeport consommateur atteint par QR, le passeport numérique de produit au sens du règlement ESPR, et le passeport de livraison entre professionnels.
