Quatre interdits formels
Café (espresso, latte, décaféiné, extrait), thé Camellia sinensis (noir, vert, oolong, blanc, matcha), alcool (même de cuisine, même cuit) et tabac. L'IA détecte les arômes café / thé / liqueur cachés en pâtisserie ou glace.
Caféine moderne & viande
Cola caféiné, boissons énergisantes, maté et guarana sont signalés en warning (pratique LDS contemporaine). La viande propre reste autorisée mais l'IA rappelle la modération recommandée par D&C 89:12-13.
