Passeport de livraison
Document signé qu'un grossiste remet à son acheteur pour une livraison : les lots concernés, leurs origines et certifications, et le segment de chaîne du froid. Il porte une enveloppe Ed25519 qui le rend opposable sans que l'acheteur ait à faire confiance au vendeur.

Contrepartie du passeport de livraison, signée cette fois par l'acheteur : ce qu'il a effectivement reçu, dans quel état, et ses réserves éventuelles. C'est ce contre-signe qui transforme une affirmation du vendeur en fait bilatéral.
