Consentement double
Règle selon laquelle une relation commerciale entre deux acteurs n'est publiable que si les DEUX y consentent. Le consentement du seul émetteur ne suffit pas : rendre publique la phrase « X livre Y » révèle autant sur Y que sur X, et Y n'a rien signé.
