Your EUDR compliance, in 3 clicks
Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on deforestation — applicable from 30 December 2026. Choose your profile: producer of a parcel to certify, importer preparing a DDS, or downstream operator receiving Reference Numbers from suppliers.
What is your profile?
Each profile has its own EUDR obligations. Select the one that matches your activity — you can always change it.
I produce a parcel
Wood, cocoa, coffee, palm, rubber, soy or cattle. You have a polygon to certify as non-deforested to hand to your buyer.
- Polygon via GeoJSON (TéléPAC export, QGIS, parcel export)
- Hansen/GFW analysis vs cut-off 31/12/2020
- Signed attestation + Reference Number to attach
I import a raw material
You are placing one of the 7 Annex I products on the EU market for the first time, or exporting from the EU. You must submit a DDS to TRACES NT.
- Multi-parcel supplier collection
- Exportable JSON pre-DDS (Phase 2)
- Direct TRACES NT API (Phase 3 · PRO plan)
I transform / distribute
You receive Reference Numbers + Verification Numbers from your upstream and must record them without issuing a new DDS (Regulation 2025/2650).
- Verification of received Reference Numbers
- 5-year register (Art. 33)
- No TRACES NT submission required
This assistant helps you prepare your EUDR file. It does not replace official submission to TRACES NT (for upstream operators and traders) nor the consultation of a legal expert for complex cases. MVP satellite analyses use the Hansen Global Forest Change dataset — a high-resolution Sentinel-2 upgrade is planned before December 2026.
