Due Diligence Statement — preparation

Collect your suppliers' parcels, launch the satellite analysis in batch, and export a JSON pre-DDS ready to be copied into TRACES NT. Direct API submission is coming in Phase 3 (PRO plan).

As an upstream operator, you are the entity submitting the DDS. You must have an EORI number and a TRACES NT account.

Add one row per parcel. Each parcel will be analysed against the cut-off 31/12/2020. You can submit multiple parcels for the same supplier.

The generated pre-DDS is a local working document — it is NOT submitted to TRACES NT by this assistant (Phase 2 freemium). For direct API submission to TRACES NT (ACCEPTANCE then PRODUCTION), subscribe to the PRO plan. Keep the pre-DDS + supplier GeoJSON files for 5 years (Art. 33 Regulation 2023/1115).
