EUDR attestation — Deforestation-free cattle hides

Enter the farm-of-origin parcel for your raw-hides batch, run the satellite analysis against the 31/12/2020 cut-off, and receive a signed attestation to hand to your leather-goods or industrial customer. EUDR (Regulation 2023/1115) already covers cattle leather via HS positions 4101 / 4104 / 4107 of Annex I — no EORI required to prepare your file.

Your tannery

These details appear on the signed attestation and on the pre-DDS handed to your client. They are not published, only stored with the attestation.

Farm-of-origin parcel

A parcel = a geo-referenced polygon of the pasture where the animal was raised. You may paste the GeoJSON from the farmer's CAP declaration, a QGIS export or a supply-chain ERP. The analysis compares forest cover at 31/12/2020 vs today.

Paste a GeoJSON Polygon object. Example: {"type":"Polygon","coordinates":[[[lon, lat], …, [lon, lat]]]}. Coordinates are WGS84 degrees (lon, lat).

Annex I commodity

For a tanner, the default commodity is « Cattle and derived products » (HS 4101 raw hides, 4104 wet-tanned, 4107 finished leather). Change it if your batch comes from another Annex I sector.

Free list, one document per line. These labels are kept with the attestation and may be requested during an inspection.

The delivered attestation is an auditable proof (SHA-256 hash of the canonical payload + VeraTrace-signed Reference Number) to keep for 5 years per Article 33 of Regulation 2023/1115. It documents the non-deforestation of the farm-of-origin parcel — it does NOT replace the DDS submitted by the upstream operator first placing the hides on the EU market. The MVP analysis uses Hansen Global Forest Change ; 'amber' verdicts require manual review before delivery to the client.
