EUDR attestation — Deforestation-free natural rubber
Enter the rubber-plantation parcel of origin for your natural-rubber batch (latex, granules, sheets, tyres, technical articles), run the satellite analysis against the 31/12/2020 cut-off, and receive a signed attestation to hand to your industrial buyer. Natural rubber is covered by EUDR (Regulation 2023/1115) via HS chapter 4001 + Annex I positions 4005 to 4017 — prepare your file without EORI or TRACES NT account.
Your processing site
These details appear on the signed attestation and on the pre-DDS handed to your industrial buyer. They are not published, only stored with the attestation.
Rubber-plantation parcel of origin
A parcel = a geo-referenced polygon of the rubber plantation from which your batch comes. Paste the GeoJSON from a supplier document (planter, cooperative, trader), a QGIS export or a plantation traceability system. The analysis compares forest cover at 31/12/2020 vs today: most mature plantations predate the cut-off and receive a green verdict.
Annex I commodity
For a rubber processor, the default commodity is « Natural rubber » (HS 4001 raw rubber, 4005-4017 compounds, semi-finished and finished products including tyres). Adjust if your batch covers another Annex I product.
The delivered attestation is an auditable proof (SHA-256 hash of the canonical payload + VeraTrace-signed Reference Number) to keep for 5 years per Article 33 of Regulation 2023/1115. It documents the non-deforestation of the rubber-plantation parcel of origin — the operator first placing the rubber on the EU market remains responsible for the DDS submission via TRACES NT. The MVP analysis uses Hansen Global Forest Change; for non-EU suppliers (Indonesia, Thailand, Côte d'Ivoire), an 'amber' verdict requires geolocated field proof before delivery.
